At New Growth & Ventures, we work with three main areas:
H&M Group Ventures is the H&M Group’s investment arm, investing for minority ownership in entrepreneur-led start-ups within the areas of Sustainable Fashion, New Business Models and Enablers and Services.
New Growth focuses on portfolio companies where we hold a larger ownership stake and can bring even stronger operational excellence to help the companies grow and scale.
Mergers & Acquisition targets majority investments in proven, healthy businesses that can complement H&M Group’s customer offering.
